Once payment is successfully processed, no refund shall be entertained, irrespective of usage or dissatisfaction. Dissatisfaction with research outcomes, performance indicators, or general market changes are not considered grounds for a refund.
Our research and support services are personalized and non-transferable. Any service subscription purchased by an individual or entity cannot be assigned, transferred, or shared with another person, organization, or trading account.
Clients are free to cancel future renewals of subscription services at any time by contacting our support team. However, please note the following:
- Cancellation will apply only to future billing cycles (if any).
- No partial or pro-rated refund will be provided for the remaining period of any active service subscription.
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request under exceptional circumstances such as:
- Double payment or accidental duplicate transactions.
- Technical failure during payment processing resulting in no service access.
- Unauthorized payment due to verified fraud (subject to proper institutional investigation).
